Our products are created using premium vegan and animal-free materials.

Minor variations in texture, grain pattern, colour tone, stitching, handcrafted detailing and finish are natural characteristics of the manufacturing process and shall not be considered defects.

Normal ageing, creasing, softening, surface marks and other characteristics arising from ordinary use do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Customers are encouraged to follow all product care instructions provided with their purchase.

6. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and processed.

7. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by Credoforu.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders where reasonably necessary, including where:

10. LIFETIME SERVICE WARRANTY

Certain products may qualify for the Credoforu Lifetime Service Warranty.

The Lifetime Service Warranty is governed by a separate policy and remains subject to inspection, eligibility requirements and applicable programme terms.

The warranty is intended to support eligible repairs and restoration and does not constitute a lifetime replacement guarantee.

11. BUY-BACK PROGRAMME

Certain products may qualify for the Credoforu Buy-Back Programme.

Eligibility, valuation, acceptance and participation remain subject to inspection and programme requirements.

The Buy-Back Programme is separate from returns, exchanges and refunds.

Participation does not guarantee acceptance or a specific valuation.

12. PRE-LOVED COLLECTION

Products accepted through the Buy-Back Programme may be restored, refurbished and offered through the Credoforu Pre-Loved Collection.

Products offered through the Pre-Loved Collection may display signs of prior ownership, restoration or refurbishment consistent with the nature of the programme.

Such characteristics shall not be considered defects.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, trade names, logos, product names, designs, photographs, graphics, videos, text, content and other intellectual property displayed on the website are owned by or licensed to Credoforu.

Nothing contained on the website grants any licence or right to use any intellectual property without our prior written consent.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, sell or otherwise exploit any content from our website without written authorisation.

14. USER CONTENT

Where customers submit reviews, comments, photographs, testimonials or other content, they grant Credoforu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, display and distribute such content for business, promotional and operational purposes.
